The staff was nice and offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. the setting was peaceful and marvelous, a short walk to Wichita, the basketball court, and the airport. - Maranatha Worship Center was within easy walking distance of the venue.

The location was excellent, being close to Maranatha Worship Center, and our room had a balcony and a fireplace.

It was a very pleasant hotel. Your hotel staff especially Nancy was extremely helpful and friendly. If I am every in Wichita again, I will definitely stay here. Great home cooked breakfast also and plenty to choose from.

We greatly enjoyed our reasonably large rooms. the staff was extremely polite. - Favourable location of the venue right next to major road construction. - It was also near the grounds and upkeep, the local mall, and restaurants.

Good price and was quiet.

On a positive note, the location was right of the interstate and they had an above average continental breakfast that the entire family can enjoy.

Upon arrival we were assigned a room that had been clearly smoked in and then tried to be cleaned and given to us. We requested another room and were given one with no problems. The hotel itself has a "social" hour but do not be confused. It consists of a soda or bottle of water and dinner. Dinner on a 100 degree day was beef stew. We passed. Wouldn't stay there again, but be your own judge.

It was nice to have a real kitchen, not just a micro-fridge. I also like the floor plan of the unit, and prefer the 4-unit buildings over big boxlike motels. Parking right outside the unit was easy. Having a hot breakfast instead of cereal and/or sweet rolls was great, and the person on duty made sure everything was as it should be.

Exterior walls need paint; outside of whole facility could use attention.

I truly enjoyed this family-run hotel. the property had a good and magnificent position, 10 to 15 minutes from everything. - It was very close to the basketball court as well as the airport.

The hotel provided good prices. We had a really nice time in this family-run property in Wichita. Magnificent location and supper friendly staff were a definite plus. The room was extremely spacious, had clean own bathroom.

This property needed attention. Lots of exterior rotten wood. Grounds were ill kept. Housekeeping was marginal. Dated property needed attention.
